Hey all, I’m back with another Anime Sunday with this week being a look ahead to the new year. It’s my Most Anticipated Winter 2024 Anime.

My Instant Death Ability Is So Overpowered, No One in This Other World Stands a Chance Against Me: This is a pretty weird Isekai series in that the main character is so ridiculously overpowered that it’s just silly. Calling it the One-Punch Man of the Isekai Genre is not at all inaccurate.

Fluffy Paradise: In what is shaping up to be a trend for this season, this is an Isekai/Reincarnation series with yet another weird take on the genre. The main character is so overworked that she really just wants to cuddle with fluffy animals, so when she is reincarnated into a fantasy world, she gets an ability to do just that. It’s not perfect from the looks of things, since it seems to be more action/adventure than slice of life from what I can tell, but I am highly looking forward to seeing this series. Cute fluffy animals are things that most people could enjoy more of.

Dungeon Meshi: I covered the original Manga years ago in one of my Manga Monday columns, so I’m giving this a look over for old time’s sake. I didn’t really enjoy the Manga later on, but it wasn’t bad, just not my thing.
