There's nothing stopping a candidate from doing this, but I've never done this before myself. Just because I happened to be "good enough" last time doesn't mean that the criteria or the competition for the position have remained the same. I know I certainly haven't - I'm constantly leveling up and improving my skills at work, which means that a new design test often allows me a new opportunity to improve on my old design ideas or come up with an alternative/new solution that fits the test/theme
