How to make change scene effects with cocos creator 3.x

I want to make change scene effects with cocos creator 3.x, same as this project:

Is there any sample project or tutorial for cocos creator 3.x ?

According to the link you provided, it was using shader to achieve that. Sadly, CC 3.x and CC 2.x do not share the same codes for shader. So, you will have to rewrite.
