Transform Gizmos are tiny and can barely be seen

Can somebody shed some light on an issue we’re having at my studio? 2 people from my team are reporting an issue with the transform gizmos… I have seen it with my own eyes, its nuts. Whether they are using the move, scale, or rotate tool, it doesn’t matter… the respective gizmo controller that pops up for each is literally smaller than their mouse cursor… they can’t transform objects in scene effectively and I’m trying to figure out what could be going wrong… is there a way to change the size of the gizmos in editor?

What I know…
For this project, they are both using 3.6.1 editor version.
They are both on Mac (most of us use Mac and PC and I can confirm that I do not have this problem on my MacBook Pro)
One of them is using an external display as their monitor instead of the MacBook screen. (I think there is something wrong with the screen) However, one of them is not and is still experiencing the issue. Also, I have tried hooking up the same Cintiq model into my MacBook as the first person was using and I could not recreate the problem. Changing the display resolution from Mac settings was successful in increasing gizmo size but messed everything else up… Makes me wonder if it’s a shader issue if the shader is trying to use screen size info to determine how large to display the gizmo in the scene editor… but there’s the issue of the other person not having the Cintiq as an external display.

I hope I’m just unaware of some feature that lets you scale the size of the tool gizmos… but will be waiting for some feedback!

Hello, can you download CocosCreator 3.7.2 version to try, in this version can support DPI higher than 2 display devices. Because I suspect that your display device DPI is too high caused by the problem.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond! I just asked one of the artists to try the editor version you mentioned. I’ll let you know if it works so that other people with similar problem can see this and know what fixed it!

I did want to ask though… currently, 2 people on the team are experiencing this gizmo issue… while one of them is using external display, the other person says he isn’t. (He works remote so I can’t physically verify) would the dpi issue still happen if someone isn’t using multiple display devices?

Just so everyone knows, 3.7.2 editor version fixed this issue!
