Error with cocos creator build ios

My cocos creator version is 3.7.4
and my Xcode version is 14.2
When I build any project to iOS, cmake was failed.

I looked utils.ts.The reasons Is xcodeWorkspace null?
or build plugin native onAfterBuild is broken?
Can developers help?

It may be necessary to first resolve the “[cmake-err] Error opening terminal: unknown” error.
Could this be a permissions or environment variable configuration issue with cmake?

So i need to add cmake be my environment variable?
How to do? I’m freshman of Mac user.
