I need help with the WeChat mini game!

Hi guys?
First of all, I want to say thank you for always sharing information.

The game we are developing is almost complete. So I want to release this on the WeChat minigame platform as well. Searching the internet, I understand the release process to some extent, but there are still a few things that are unclear. Anyone who knows please reply

  1. Server connection
  • The game is currently using web server communication and using AWS services. People around me say that in the case of China, some overseas SASS access is blocked, is it possible to access it using AWS?
  1. Advertising platform
  • Currently, we are using Admob and Facebook ads, but I know that these two services are not available in China. Is there any advertising platform service provider you can recommend for the Chinese release version?
  1. Offline games
  • The currently developed game is a puzzle game and uses a server for the purpose of storing and verifying user information. In fact, it’s possible to change as an offline game, would you know it’s better to release it as an offline game?

thank you very much friends!

  • About Cloud Servers
I asked the WeChat mini-game team about this issue, and they replied: “WeChat mini-games do not restrict the use of cloud services, but users have to confirm the connectivity of the services themselves”.

  • Advertisements about WeChat, recommended for use with WeChat
    Ad | Weixin public doc

  • For offline play, there are two recommendations that you can refer to

    1. encrypt the data (to make it as difficult as possible for users to crack it)
    2. use a sqlite3 database for encryption

Thank you very much Buddy

Hi Buddy, @muxiandong I have one more question, so I’ll leave it as an answer. we are very interested in wechat mini game. Currently, the developer registration process is underway. Is it possible for overseas developers to release games? And we’re trying to monetize ads, but do you know if overseas developers can get paid for ad revenue?
