Mouse scroll or zoom doesn't work in SceneView

Sometimes, in Scene View, Canvas attach with border and mouse scroll or zoom doesn’t work.
I attach video.
Cocos dev, it should be fixed.

check the canvas’s node’s scale value,please make sure it’s bigger then 0
