And this is just PC games. That time will be 2040. Sure, most of them suck. Sturgeon's Law says "ninety percent of everything is crap". But that means there was still 1400 GOOD games. Just one year, just on Steam. And there's more competition. Those times are over. Businesses need to make money now or they explode.
