NOT telekinesis, only works on NPCs / PvP) Havoc (temporary shield / damage buff), very useful for people who keep dying (i.e. They're small little bottles that blend-in with junk prop set dressing from a distance. and I think this balance tuning is intentional. And they usually do! Like 2-4 piles per arena.
