They're small little bottles that blend-in with junk prop set dressing from a distance. and I think this balance tuning is intentional. So I think they got this balance right, even if I whine about it. And they usually do! Like 2-4 piles per arena. but health pickups aren't big glowing breadcrumb items (unlike shooters today).
