NOT telekinesis, only works on NPCs / PvP) Havoc (temporary shield / damage buff), very useful for people who keep dying (i.e. They're small little bottles that blend-in with junk prop set dressing from a distance. Very streamlined, much faster, low stakes, and often just setting up the inevitable ensuing gunfight. And they usually do!
