In my opinion, any supposedly competitive game that allows players to pay for power or grind for power is doing a great disservice to fairness in competition, which I think is an important value. Back to loot boxes, we were planning (but may now not be able to implement) them in the vein of Overwatch. And thousands all in favor.

Dear Jeff Kaplan and the Overwatch team, I think your game is great and it's not lightly that I rate it a 10 out of 10. Respectfully though, I think you're a bit lost in the woods on how the competitive mode should work. Which brings us to the first try you had at a competitive mode during the beta.
