It’s just annoying and frustrating… but even with low energy levels and more pain than I would like, I still can have a lot of fun with my art. This approach seems easier to edit than individual gradients for each leaf. I have no idea what triggered it. An axonometric grid is the starting point of this illustration.

The pieces rely heavily on clip groups, gradients, tapered, and power stroke path effects on simple lines and basic shapes [circles and rectangles were the starting point for most elements]. Rather than digitally painting it, I constructed it with vector shapes, a lot of clip groups, path effects, and gradients.
