When I write, music is helpful. The future of interactive narrative is in true AI. I assume you mean "playtesting" since we don't do beta testing. But, at any point in development, from playtesters, bug testers, or us playing the game, we're constantly finding puzzles that don't work. I work on a Mac exclusively.
