Heyyy, this pretty much looks like the sky projected onto the meshes, that's better! At that point of development, the sky reflection didn't respond to the camera position, so it basically looked like the sky was painted ontop of the mesh. alpha is planned to be soon, so those features will hopefully be ready to test by then.

Maintenance release: Godot 3.0.1

It is now possible to scale an.obj mesh when importing. The lightmap baker will now use all available cores on Windows like it does on macOS and Linux. C# support is still in alpha so backward-incompatible improvements are still allowed in this branch (and will happen). This is helpful for CI pipelines. Type icons are back!

It parses your code and automatically understands what you are trying to do (such as writing to alpha for transparency, reading from screen, etc.)
