Godot 3.4 is released with major features and UX polish

Although raster (pixel based) occlusion culling will not be available until Godot 4, some geometrical occlusion methods are being added to Godot 3. Everyone is welcome to participate in the translation effort , so that future releases can include more languages and more translated content. Thanks to lawnjelly, Godot 3.4
